Common questions
Which terrazzo services does SiteQuote price?
Maintenance polish, strip and reseal, hone and seal, polish and seal restoration, full refinish, and heavy restoration, plus repairs, stairs, cove base and maintenance plans.
Is terrazzo priced differently for homes and businesses?
No. Terrazzo is one service for homes and businesses, so the same floor and service level gets the same price; the job's ZIP code still adjusts it for local costs.
Can it price floors found under carpet?
Yes: that's what heavy restoration, mastic removal and color-matched patching are for. Every floor still needs a site visit before the final price.
