Built on a job site, not in a boardroom
SiteQuote comes from ProResin Flooring Solutions, a family-owned epoxy flooring, terrazzo restoration and painting company in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania, in the Poconos. We built it for our own jobs first.
Why we built it
Homeowners want a price now. When you're on a job site all day, getting back to them can take a day or two, and by then they've often called someone else. The lead sites didn't fix that: you pay for the lead, and so do other contractors.
So we built our own quoting tool. It started as the way we price our own floors and paint jobs: real measurements, real production rates, prep and repairs as their own lines, and prices that follow the job's ZIP code. Then we gave homeowners their own version: a page where they answer a few plain questions, see a fair price range and ask us for an exact quote.
That tool became SiteQuote, and we're now opening it to other contractors.
What we believe
Your leads are yours
A homeowner who asks for your quote shouldn't be sold to three other contractors. Every request on your SiteQuote page goes to you alone.
Prices should be local and checkable
We adjust every price to the job's ZIP code and check our numbers against U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data. You can test it yourself with our free calculators.
Profit should be visible
Contractors lose money by guessing hours and confusing markup with margin. Our painting pricing guide shows the method we use.
