Painting estimating software that prices the job the way you'd walk it
Room by room or surface by surface, interior, exterior or commercial: SiteQuote turns walls, ceilings, trim, doors, coats and condition into crew hours, materials and a price for the job's ZIP code, so two similar-looking houses don't end up with two very different profits.

How a painting estimate is built
- Pick the method. Room by room for a standard home, by surface (walls, ceilings, trim, doors) for anything unusual, a package rate for a quick walls-and-ceilings job, or the commercial rate sheet for offices, retail and facilities.
- Describe the job. Coats, paint quality (good, better, premium), surface condition, number of stories, height and access, and the prep level from light sanding to heavy scraping.
- Add the extras as lines. Ceilings, trim, doors, drywall repair, wallpaper removal, pressure washing, lift or scaffolding on taller houses, and travel.
- Check the numbers. Crew hours come from production rates, paint gallons from coverage, and the price from your margin, adjusted to the job's ZIP code, with your minimum charge applied on small jobs.
- Send a quote they can approve. A branded quote with the scope, prep included, optional upgrades and good / better / best options.

ZIP-code pricing Available
Prices follow local painter wages: in our tests, an 1,800 sq ft interior came out at about $10,340 in Shamokin, PA, $10,890 in Albrightsville, PA and $14,450 on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Hours, gallons, materials, gross profit and margin, never shown on the customer's quote.
Quoted vs. real hours Coming soon
Record how long the job really took and see which rates need adjusting.

Common questions
Does SiteQuote price painting by the room or by the square foot?
Both. Interior jobs can be priced room by room, by surface or with a package rate, and exteriors by the main surface plus extras. Commercial jobs have their own rate sheet.
